Joint Venture Partnerships for Oil & Gas
Many mid and small producers do not have the in-house expertise or funding to study and implement full reservoir characterization and enhanced oil recovery solutions in the same manner that some large producers do.
PERM can help by conducting full reservoir characterization studies and enhanced oil recovery evaluations with full laboratory testing, for a small (reasonable sized/fair) stake in the project. This can create a win-win situation where the producer can prove out more reserves, have a plan for production, help raise funds, and increase profits and PERM gets a portion of the added value it unlocked.
